Coaching Staff
All Dynamics Staff go through background screenings to check for child abuse, elderly abuse, sex offender, nation wide and state wide felony checks.
All Dynamics Staff are Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified and obtain ongoing trainings.
Our instructors travel the country attending training seminars and classes to bring back new techniques and exciting new ideas to the classes.
Dynamics offers curriculum based programs in Dance, Gymnsatics, and Cheerleading. Instructors attend monthly trainings to ensure the highest quality instruction to the students. The best part of attending a curriculum based studio is not only do the teachers know how well students are progressing parents get to review report cards every three months.
Chelsea Sallerson, Owner
Chelsea was born in the gym, doing the splits before she could walk! At two she was a "Tiny Tot Olympian" in Rochester New York. She competed in Artistic and Rythmic Gymnastics at the Optional Level and studied dance including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop at studios in New York, Maryland, and Tennessee. She began assistant coaching in 1992 and has been coaching long enought to have students kids in class now! First Aid/CPR certified, USGA safety certified, member of the Mid-Cumberland Council on Children and Youth.
Training and classes in child growth and development, de-escalation methods, low functioning children, behavior modification, learning styles and techniques help keep the classes structured and prevent disruptive children from disturbing the progression of others.
Chelsea is a highly decorated second- degree black belt in tae-kwondo. And MBA Graduate!
Vikki Sallerson, Gymnasatics Head Coach
40 years coaching experience, 19 years of dance, 28 years of judging gymnastics for the United States Gymnastic Association, competitive international gymnast and holds many titles, trainer for coaching clinics across the USA, and former owner of the Sun Rise School of Gymnastics in New York state. Vikki was also the head coach of former Music City Gymnatics.
Vikki is highly respected in our school; she offers such a wide range of expertise to our gym family.
Rebecca Phillips, Cheer Director
Rebecca's bubbly personality and charismatic character shouts cheerleader all over. She has been involved with cheerleading for several years in middle school, high school, college, and All-Star. She holds the highest credentialing from USASF for Stunting and Tosses. Rebecca is also the assistant Gymnastics Coach and teaches dance and theater at Dynamics.
